So glad you asked! In general, an Affiliate is someone who refers a product or service to someone else who may be interested in it; and then receives a finders-fee if that someone else purchases it.

In our case, if you are a Business, Brand or Individual who feels your audience would like to know about Don’t BUGMe I’m On Vacation, you may register as an affiliate to receive commissions when one of your customers or followers purchase a Road Trip Pass.

What is the Don't BUGMe I'm On Vacation Affiliate Program?

Our Affiliate Program earns you a commission on every Road Trip Pass you refer. This is part of our marketing strategy - rather than spending exorbitant amounts of money on fleeting advertising, we re-route that money to those who want to make money by saving other people money. It’s free to register and we provide plenty of promotional materials to help you spread the word!

How does the Affiliate Program work?

Once registered as an affiliate, we’ll provide you with a QR code and other promotional “creatives” to share Don’t BUGMe I’m On Vacation through your digital and word-of-mouth contacts. When someone purchases an RTP through your unique web-link or by scanning your QR code, the system will track the sale so we can reward you with a referral commission of $25 per RTP referral.

As well, vacationers who enter your unique promo code at checkout will save $20 themselves. This is one way we direct customers to purchase from you (rather than us). The more beneficial the affiliate program is for you, the more likely you are to share. And the more vacationers save on their travels, the more likely they are to purchase.

My BUSINESS already participates by offering 20% savings to vacationers, how can I benefit from becoming an affiliate too?

Selling Road Trip Passes as an Affiliate is an additional stream of revenue for your business; and the commission you earn will partially offset the savings you offered through the Road Trip Pass program. And there is no cost to register!
