• A Road Trip Pass (RTP) is an annual subscription.

• Once purchased, your confirmation email can be used as proof of your active subscription and to be offered discounts from Participating Businesses.

• You can also use our Active RTP Calculator to see how many days are left on your pass.

• You may purchase your Road Trip Pass here.

• Once you’ve decided on which adventure you’d like to experience, make your reservations directly with those businesses; and inform them of your Road Trip Pass by showing them your confirmation email, or alternatively, by logging into account and viewing your “orders”.

• Booking directly with each business avoids misunderstandings; and issues can be rectified immediately with a company representative.

• It also avoids hefty commissions changed to the business by booking sites - savings that are passed on to you!

While the Road Trip Pass program is fairly straightforward, and rooted in common sense, please also see our detailed policies and guidelines to help clarify any questions you may have.

Here are three to help set the tone:

• Participating Businesses will offer Active RTP holders 20% off of their Principle Offering.

  • For example, a white water rafting company will offer savings towards booking a white water rafting trip, but not t-shirts in the retail store.

  • Information regarding what activities (if any) are included in the discount can be found in the business profile on our map (above).

• Don’t BUGMe I’m On Vacation is are reference and referral site; NOT a booking site. Therefore, all transactions, such as: payment, special requests, and cancellations happen directly with each business. (No Middleman!).

• You, as a Road Trip Pass holder, MUST present proof of your Active RTP subscription

  1. at time of initial booking/reservation, and

  2. when you check-in.

  Participating Businesses are kind enough to offer a discount, please reciprocate by giving them plenty of awareness of your Active RTP.
